OPTI-L-Zink  tm  is a patented zinc compound containing L-methionine which absorbs perfectly. 

Zinc helps maintain a normal level of testosterone in the blood. It is also an important mineral for the normal functioning of the immune system. 
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. It is a mineral which contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and protects cells against oxidative stress. 

This product does not contain lactose, gluten, preservatives, colors or flavors.

Composition by  45 mg tablet 

Use
½ tablet daily or as prescribed. ½ tablet = 22.5 mg zinc (= 225% RDI)
