This mineral-vitamin intake is optimized to compensate for sub-deficiencies and reduce fatigue.
This complex contains ingredients of marine origin: dunaliella salina algae (carotene), dolomite (sediments of ancient seas rich in calcium and magnesium) and of plant origin: acerola (vitamin C) and watercress.
It also contains brewer's yeast providing group B vitamins and easily assimilated trace elements.
It has not been combined with iron and copper so as not to harm the antioxidant vitamins, otherwise they could oxidize and form free radicals, that is, the whole complex would become pro -oxidizer. In addition, iron opposes the absorption of zinc.
