Quantity

Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your preference or according to the size of the chamber.
