Red thyme promotes digestion and the proper functioning of the intestines. The main components of red thyme, thymol and carvacrol, have purifying properties. A drop mixed in a spoon of honey has a softening effect on the throat.


  • Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.

    Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

    Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your preference or according to the size of the chamber.

    Comforting winter drink

    Thymol thyme 2 gtts
    Cinnamon 1 gtt
    Clove 1 gtt
    Eucalyptus globulus 1 gtt

    To be taken with a spoon of honey added to a cup of infusion (Eucalyforce).
