Quantity

Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

Mix well in a glass of lukewarm water and rinse out your mouth. 1 to 2 times a day.
