Yellow thyme clears the respiratory tract and thus facilitates breathing. A chest balm made from yellow thyme softens and protects us from winter. In the form of oral water, yellow thyme improves the condition of the gums.


  • Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.

    Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

    Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

    Oral water

      Thyme linalool 2 gtts
    Thymol thyme 1 gtt
    Eucalyptus globulus 1 gtt

    Mix well in a glass of lukewarm water and rinse out your mouth. 1 to 2 times a day.
