This oil brings balance and serenity during the period preceding the menstruation (bad mood, tensions of the breasts,…) and during the female transition (mood swings, irritability, restlessness,…).


  • Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil

    Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

    Painful period massage oil

    Clary sage 2 gtts
    Cypress 2 gtts

    To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 spoon) of vegetable oil of your choice.
    Apply by massaging on the lower abdomen.
