PEPPER MINT
Description
The main components of peppermint oil are menthol and menthone. It softens the respiratory tract, stimulates digestion and relieves feelings of bloating. Menthone contributes to the revitalizing effect of peppermint.
Oral route : 1 to 2 x per day 1 drop. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.
Digestion
Pepper mint 2 gtts A spoon of honey with 2 drops of peppermint essential oil after a meal promotes digestion.
Head
Pepper mint 1 gtt To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 spoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Apply by massaging gently temples and forehead.
Avoid all contact with eyes.
