Lemongrass oil exerts a purifying action on the skin and gives off a very fresh scent. It is often used in foot creams. Like lemongrass, it has a repellent effect on insects.

  • Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.

    Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

    Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

    Purifying foot bath

    Lemongras 3 gtts
    Tea tree 3 gtts
    Lavender leaf sage 2 gtts

    Add to a basin of hot water and soak the feet for 5 to 10 min. Pat dry with a clean towel.
