True lavender oil is one of the most widely used essential oils, especially for its particularly pleasant smell. It has relaxing properties and calms insect bites.
Use
Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.
For diffusion, prefer lavandin, which has an equally pleasant and less expensive smell.
