TRUE LAVENDER

True lavender oil is one of the most widely used essential oils, especially for its particularly pleasant smell. It has relaxing properties and calms insect bites.

Use

Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.

Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

For diffusion, prefer lavandin, which has an equally pleasant and less expensive smell.

Insect bite oil

To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 spoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. Apply directly to the bites.

• Contains naturally geraniol, linalool, d-limonene, coumarin.
