Quantity

Oral route: 1 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.
