Difficulty falling asleep and transient stress are common ailments that most students face during exams. Physalis IQ Balance NIGHT contains lemon balm extract (Cyracos®), which contributes to relaxation and at sleep , as well as a sweet orange peel extract (Serenzo ™). The effectiveness of these two extracts has been scientifically proven. Also contains natural L-theanine extracted from green tea.
Use
DAY: 2 x 1 tablet in the morning and at noon. To be taken during meals with a little water.
NIGHT: 1 tablet in the evening during the meal and 1 tablet 1 hour before going to sleep.
