HARPAGOPHYTUM

Food supplement - The root of this plant from the South African deserts is traditionally used for joint comfort.

Its name "devil's claw" comes from its fruits with thorns in the shape of hooks. 

These "claws" cling to the hooves of animals struggling in a "frenzied" saraband. The natives of Namibia have used harpagophytum for centuries. Its "discovery" by the Western world is due to a German doctor who, in 1904, observed witch-healers.

Latin name:  Harpagophytum procumbens.

Part used: secondary root.

Contribution of 6 vegetable capsules:

Harpagophytum 1800 mg

Other ingredient: fatty acid magnesium salt

1 to 2 capsules morning, noon and evening.

The use is not recommended in case of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones.
