DAY:

Rhodiola rosea acts to anticipate and manage stress and fatigue linked to overwork.  Siberian Ginseng is recognized as "invigorating during periods of weakness and loss of ability to concentrate, it also helps to recover during convalescence".  Acerola is a fruit rich in antioxidants which restores tone and vitality to weakened organisms.

NIGHT:

Ashwagandha , an adaptogen that supports the nervous system and adrenal glands thus helping in stress management, it promotes recovery through sleep.

Passionflower reduces anxiety, nervousness and stress, it is of great help in sleep disorders in children and adults.

DAY:

• 200  mg Rhodiola rosea (Root) (dry extract standardized to 3% rosavin = 6 mg and 1% salidrosides = 2 mg)
• 160 mg Acerola (Malpighia glabra L) (Fruit) (dry extract standardized to 25% = 40 mg ascorbic acid)
• 100mg Eleutherococcus senticosus (Root) (dry extract standardized to 0.8% eleutherosides = 0.8mg)
• 98 mg Vegetable capsule: hydroxy propylmethylcellulose

NIGHT:

• 200 mg Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera (Root) (standardized dry extract 5% withanolides = 10 mg)
• 150 mg Passiflora incarnata (Aerial part) (dry extract standardized to 3.6% vitexin = 5.4 mg)
• 100 mg Rice starch
• 98 mg Vegetable capsule: hydroxy propylmethylcellulose
