 Lemon eucalyptus relaxes and calms . It is used in relaxing massage and after a sporting effort. Its lemony scents repel mosquitoes and other insects.

  • Oral route: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion.

    Cutaneous route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

    Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the chamber.

    To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 spoon) of vegetable oil of your choice. To be gently massaged into the nape of the neck and neck.
